Hi Raju,

You need to assign process instruction category through 010c only. also in Master recipe.

Check & revert.

Thanks,

Hi,

O10C is a Plant level configuration and you make the setting which are relevant for the entire plant. In O10C we primarily create CRD or Control Recipe Destination and this CRD is attached to Control Recipe Destination type and Address which signifies the type of Destination (like External PCS or PI sheet etc) where the Process Instructions attached to this CRD will be sent.

Process Instructions are attached to CRD and In turn PPPI Characterisitcs are attached to Process Instructions (O12C).

Now how will the system know which Process Instruction to get generated for a Material when I create a Process for the material and try to generate Control Recipe... For this in Master Recipe -phase CRD is maintained which links up a Material with a specific set of Process Instructions ( In Similar analogy you can compare this Production scheduling profile or MRP group attached to Workscheduling/ MRP view of Material Master which helps in auto determination of Order type while conversion of Planned Order)

So Master Recipe- CRD link up determines the Process Instruction that will be generated in a Process Order Control Recipe for tha Material

Hope this helps

Bhaskar

Hi Raju,

If you are using a CRD in recipe use it in O10C else you use it in recipe.
