Message in Message queue SMQ2 and shopping cart history not updated

Hello,

We have EHP 6 and SRM 7 Released pack2. we have done all our configuration including cross application and technical setting we are using classical scnerio.

I have create shopping card and approved the same. Followon document like Purchase order have been create in backend but couple of error

1) It is always create a queue and we have process manually the queue ( Why it is not generated automatically without any manual process is we are missing any configuration step )

2) My shopping cart history is not updated with Purchase order number and shopping cart status is always "Approved" not even followon document created...
