how to apply new skin in sap crm

Hi all,

My requirement as below:

1) In WEB UI, the client compamy logo has to be available at left top in place of sap logo

2) all the navigation bar area clour has to changed.

Can any one help me what is the step by step process to apply the new skin. i got one sap pdf document, still i am in confusion.

in the table CRMC_THTMLB_SKNE , we need to main tain the source ? how to identify that, who is going to maintain the file in that path?

i want complete , step by step process .
