Curriculum in SAP Talent Management

We do not have LSO. Just the stardard SAP HCM solution EEC 6.0 (EHP 6).

My user has a course that comprises of multiple classes. She would like to impart a qualification to an employee only if the employee has attended all the classes. These classes are not taken in any particular order (the employee is allowed to take the classes in any order). Is it possible to set this up? If so, could you walk me through the setup?
