errors while creating tracks in CMS

Hi All,

I am facing problems while creating tracks in CMS. after creating software components and reserving namespace prefix in sld. i logged into CMS and tried to update the CMS so that my software components should be shown in CMS also. but instead i got the following error:

"Unexpected error; inform your system administrator: Primary key already exists: CmscscvPK version=2,elementTypeId=0,vendor=example.org,name=APPLICATION,release=1.0 "

Does anybody knows what can be the possible cause of the error?
