PPOM_OLD- right click option gives no result

User (ABC) uses Tcode "PPOM_OLD" . He enters a org unit number , clicks on "Staff Assignments" button . When doing a right click on the org unit/ postion numbers , he does not get any options.. Where as his colleague (XYZ) gets options (such as Help, choose, create positions, create jobs etc.. )with right click.

The user (ABC) who does not get options on right click, has proper roles and authorization. Please let me know if this is specific to any settings / parameters issue?

Hi Sush,

I guess then user ABC has Quick Cut and Paste activated  remove it and check. I think this will solve.

click Alt+F12 on easy access screen. see below image remove the tick from Quick Cut and Paste and then check.

You can do this through your Menu Bar also - under EDIT menu - you will find all options.

Boz i tried i am also not getting any options on right click....
