Smartform problem horizontal line overflow

Hi Experts,

I am displaying line item data in main window as shown in attached screen shot.

It is displaying absolutley fine in dev but the problem in quality is the straight line overflows as shown and also some data to next line.

I manually draw the line in text element to draw this line.

but now i am thinking to replace it with sy-uline(250) but i am not sure if it will work in quality or not.

I checked in dev and the line is not overflowing but i am not sure if this will be a right solution as i cannot test in QA without moving the TR

Also i have defined a new para format for this line with font size 5.

Experts: I dont know why this is happening , i have also reduced table width.

Can anyone please give me reason on why this is happening in QA and not in Dev and how can this be corrected?
