POWL - Query 'All My Trips' is already open in another session

Hi Friends,

Our users are constantly getting the error message 'Query 'All My Trips' is already open in another session' when using POWL's in the Quality Portal but where as in DEV portal it is working fine.

I found out that the error occurs, when user closes and reopens the application and the query is locked in another session (ENQUEUE_EPOWL_QUERY_EDIT Exception foreign_lock).

I am assuming when user closes the application, the session is not properly getting closed in quality portal and may be because of that queries are locked.

Kindly clarify.
