problem in J1IFQ" Message no. 8I567"

Hi Team,

I have a issue in subcontracting process with 4(5) challan.

Steps:

1. just issue row material to vendor (541) MB1B.

2. Create Challan with reference of material document.

3. just reverse same document with mov type 542 in MB1B.

4. Reconcile the challan (J1IFQ)

5.complete the challan.(J1IF13)

this process is runing in my one plant. but now we rae using same process in new company code and when user reconciling the challan then he is facing error

" Challan not valid, Material doc. is valid for another scenario" and " Message no. 8I567".

I have checked its a right document and series group is same for both company code but excise group is different.

please guid me.

Hi,

Please check in your GRN has 543 movmenet type line.

Also check customisation for inward/outward movement type are mentioned correctly.

Inwards - 543 O

Outward - 541

please read my senerion Mr. Sanjeet, i am doing reverse against 542 instead of 543.

and there is already define: 541 and 542 O.

please any one guid me to resolve it.
