How to clean/delete data from BW in Solution Manager 7.1

Hello

I have some tables like:

/BI0/ACCMBUFF00

/BI0/ACCMBUFF00~C2

/BI0/ACCMBUFF00~C1

/BI0/ACCMBUFF00~C3

/BI0/ACCMAGGR00

/BI0/E0CCMAWWH1

/BI0/E0CCMRCDH2~P

/BI0/E0CCMRSDH2~P

etc.

These tables each week, take more and more space. How can I clean/delete data from these tables. I know that the tables /BIO/?CCM* belong to"Computing Center Management System", "Monitoring Performance Data(IT Performance Reports in SAP Solution Manager)". I would like to delete data older than 1 month.

Probably I must run transaction RSA1 but I don't know what I must do next? Can You give me any instruction or send me www site where I acn find information about it??

Hello

Thank You for quick answer. I have additional questions to You about BI Housekeeping. I don't have set a standard task for the report: E2E_HK_CONTROLLER - I change it.

Next I must modify table: E2E_BI_DELETE

To this table I must add all Info Cubes which I wants to delete the data???

For example I would remove data from the table /BI0/ACCMBUFF00. How can I easily find info cubes, which writes to this table?

Is my thinking is good?

1. I run RSA1 transaction,

2. I choose in Modeling section InfoProvider and next Buffer for CCMS Performance Data (this InfoProvider is responsible for table: /BI0/ACCMBUFF00)??? Is Yes, look next point.

3. I doble click on Buffer for CCMS Performance Data

4. I click on icon: InfoCube

5. I copy all InfoCubes to the table E2E_BI_DELETE and setting properly parameters for these InfoCubes?

6. Next I run report E2E_HK_CONTROLLER

Above steps are ok?? If no, how can delete data from table: /BI0/ACCMBUFF00, how can I find it in RSA1, etc.

Hi Rafal,

Could you please tell me if there is any other way like report or something for deleting the old data from table /BI0/ACCMBUFF00 other than the two archiving methods explained in the above document? Because we do not want to do data archiving at this point of time.
