SAP Productivity Pak & SAP Solution Manager Business Processes Hierarchy

Hello Experts,

I'm looking for possible integration of Productivity Pak & SAP Solution Manager 7.1, especially extraction of hierarchy of Business Processes from SOLAR01 in SAP Solution Manager and populating the BBH in SAP Productivity Pak.

Anybody has such experience, please?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

MM

    Hi M M,

Unfortunatley I was not able to give you an answer on this. I see Ancile were working with you.

I hope you don't mind me giving out the answer to help others in similr situation.

Unfortunately Ancile only manage the connector from SAP Solution Manager
(SAP SM) to SAP Productivity Pak (SPP)/uPerform.

You can create documents from SAP SM and place them right into SPP using
our recorder/server, which is via the connector. They are then linked
from SAP SM to SPP. There is no automatic synchronisation and no
ability to take existing SPP content and put that into SM # content must
be created from within SAP SM.

Therefore we cannot comment on how to automatically synchronise Business
Processes Hierarchy (SOLAR01/SOLAR02) from SAP SM into SPP.

If you need further assistance you may need to create a new SAP ticket
and ask the SAP Solution Manager team to help you.

    Regards,

    Matthew
