System Upgrade Licenses

Hi All,

I would like to know about Licenses in SAP. If we upgrade the system from ERP6.0 EHP4 to EHP5 and NertWeaver 7.0 EHP1 to 7.0 EHP2, we need to apply the license again or not necessary.
