SAP BPC NW 10: Error with parallel hierarchy

Hi experts!!!

I'm experimenting a problem with a parallel hierarchy while opening reports and input schedules. if I select a member from the main hierarchy the report expands without problem but if I select the same member but the one that is located in the other hirarchy the report shows the following error.
