DP Planning book download to Excel

Hi All,

My client has a reruirement to Directly download the Forecast from DP Planning Book(SDP94 screen) to a Custom Format in MS Excel. Is it possible through ABAP coding or user exit?

I looked in http://scn.sap.com/thread/1704287

The requirement here is little different. As and when the planner males changes to the forecast in the planning book and if he thinks that the changes are complete at certain time during the day, he should be able to download it and report to the higher management. I am not sure if BEX reporting will work in this scenario. Please suggest

Hello ,

Did you try the 'Send' option from SDP94 screen.

Go to sdp94. Open your final planning book.

Click on Send

It will open up a new window.

Click on attachment icon in the Title.

Then Double click on the attachment name.

it open the data in an excel.

Hi Anurag,

I tried this option but I am getting an error message

"An error occurred when uploading to SAP Knowledge
Provider".

Is there any pre- requisite for this?

When you got this error when clicking on send????

Did you try "Save Locally" option?
