Action Type will Base on Employee group.

Dear Expert,

Please give me some light on below scenario.

Once i will go to PA40,at the initial hiring all action type is coming and it's right.But once employee got hired then next any action run will be depend on that employee's employee group.

Like a example,If any employee has hired as a contract then if we will go to PA40 next time and select that employee on that time in PA40 only one action should be appeared like Regularized.
