How to trigger Email when the changes are made on the custom field in Solution manager ?


Hi Experts,

The custom fields are added in the Maintain attributes for the documents present in the Gen Documentation in SOLAR01 / 02 so that the status of each document can be checked. Fields are like Planned date, Approver ,etc.

Now, my requirement is to send the Email to the respective person whose name is entered / changed in the Approver field.

I hoping that I can use some workflow to send Email when the data is entered / changed in the respective field.

Please suggest the proper method to fulfill the requirement with the links that can be helpful.
