Hi,

central CTS is already released on last october itself and available from solution manager SP10 and higher on.

Hi,

central CTS is now available as the new infrastructure for Change Request Management (ChaRM)and Quality Gate Management (QGM) in SAP Solution Manager. It is not available for use in stand-alone mode
