"Filter By Member ..." issues

Dear,

When you select "Filter By Member ..." in Analysis for Office the standard filter is on Key ---> can we change this to Text because now the user always has to change this.

Another issue is that the "Select All" button is always checked - this button has to be unchecked if you want to filter on your member (so now the user has to remember to uncheck this button). Is it possible to uncheck this button as a default?
