When we run the FDM_PROCESS_BUFFER program, we have some errors due to users that are no longer employed with our company. For example: Promise to Pay 200000004673: Entry KSL3 does not exist in USR02 (check entry), and Dispute Case 000000000555: Entry DGR4 does not exist in USR02 (check entry). I know how to fix the dispute case errors, we can simply change the processor in UDM_DISPUTE.
Can someone tell me how to update a promise to pay when I don't know the business partner associated with the Promise to Pay document 200000004673 as noted above? Our Security team will not re-add these deleted users so I can clear these, so I need another method to update these promise to pay documents with users that do exist in our system so I can clear these buffer errors. I cannot find anywhere to look up these documents or change them.
