Hi. On my webi report, I can't use offline mode any more. It queek saying there is a network problem. I'm not sure, but it seems to happen since upgrade of IOS 6. Does this happen to someone else ?
Thanks
Ida
IDA,
You will need to wait for SAP BI 4.3, it should be out any time.
*** Keep in mind BI 4.2.5 is NOT 100% compatible with IOS 6.1, No Software is forwards compatible. IOS 6.1 has much more tighter security*****
*** SAP BI 4.3 requires back-end server to be running BI 4.0 w/ SP4 + Patch 3 MIN*****

Hello
I had the same issue and solved this way :
go to file clientsettings.properties (under tomcat webapps\MobileBIService\WEB-INF)and change the following value
offlineStorage=true
restart tomcat...

Hi Mihir
unfortunatly it does'nt work.
I created a new webI report, I download it to the Ipad and again when I worked ofline the same message error this action is not allowed "verify the network connexion".
I switch off work ofline and I am able to visualize de report.
But is working fine with the samples of sap "bank management summary " ... .
So that means is my BO installation and configuration.
Ida
Hello.
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, the upgrade to SAP BI v4.3.3 / str.21(172074) didn't solve my problem. I still can't access to my report in offline mode : same message "check network connectivity"
In this offline mode, I only have access to the default SAP samples (when I disconnect form my server)
When I connect to my server in offline mode, I can see the Webi report thumbnail with name, but same "check ntw connectivity" error.
This is a big issue for me as I usually go to my customers with my iPad in offline mode to show them the Webi reports I generated, what is no more possible.
I had a look to downgrade procedure to OS5.1.1, which seems unpossible following Apple.
I'm in big trouble now...

Ida
