Process Instruction doesn't generate in Process Order

Hello Gurus,

I have a problem for creating process order ,

I have define process instruction categories (O12C) as Z_CONF1 with Process Instr.Type 0

I have maintain the control recipe destination as "Z1" using type "4" and i have assign the process instruction categories Z_CONF1 to the control recipe destination,

but when i create the process order from the planned order, then i check to operation inside process order, the process instruction categories did not generate

Anyone can solve this problem?
