Action Profile in Lead management

Dear Friends,

I have a query regarding action profile. I am using action profile in Lead Transaction. On a particular user status, I  want a business activity/task to be created automatically. I am able to achive this part.

At the moment the tast is created with employee responsible as the same person who changed the status of lead. The issue is I want this task to be created for another partner function in my org hierarchy (lets say his immediate supervisor). I am not able to achive this by making action

partner dependent . I believe that is used for sending emails/smartforms etc.

Hello, Sameer.

You'll need to create your own method for the action (as a copy of standard one you use) and adjust it accordingly. This is a first option.

Other options seem to be:

1. Set a partner determination procedure in follow-up activity in the way to pick a supervisor of a user created this follow-up document (the same who changed the status of a lead).

2. Set a copy control from a lead to an activity to achieve the same. Here you need to activate copy control for activities and implement it. I think that this is less affordable way.
