condition type value change

HI, Can you Pls let me know

how to Find Who changed the Condition type value

Who entered the condition type manually in sales order

I checked in sales order line item level-condition tab - selected condition type & pressed details Icon - i can see Changed manually Check box Flagged

But unable to find Who made the condition type value change & entered new condition type.

Pls suggest.
