Can not find the table RITL

Dear experts,

I want to get some information in Service Call form. From Service Call form, click on Serial Number linked button to view the Customer Equipment Card form, and then click on Transaction tab. I want to get information of this tab. When i show System Information, i see that these information table RITL. But i do not find this table (RITL) in Query Generator. Can anyone help me?

Hi,

RSRN, RBTN, RITL or SBDR are virtual tables. These are virtual tables that do not store any content. They are used to connect the GUI (Graphical User Interface) with other tables so that the report columns on the GUI display the correct information.

gentlemen,

I need help on this question. I want to make a query where I can view the following way. I get a piece of equipment for maintenance, give input on the item, following the entry you open a service call, after the end of maintenance emito output NF.

Query needs to return, Customer Name, equipment, entry, exit date, input and output invoice Invoice.

I found researching the RITL table is virtual, how can I get this information?

As i said, virtual table does not store any information.

Try the OITL, ITL1 & OSRN tables, you may be able to get the detail from there

The RITL Table is not exposed in the query generator...

What is your requirement i will try..

Hi Kennedy,

I want to get information of column Date(DocDate) of row has Source = 'DN' and Directino = 'Out' in Transaction tab of Customer Equipment Card form equivalent with Call ID in Service Call form.

Hi Malu,

Sorry, after that i was moved to other task and didn't relate to SAP B1 solution, so i don't remember anything about this problem, therefore i don't remember about the solution of this issue.
