LeaveRequestApprover Task not opening from Portal for approving

Hi ,

When manager tries to open the task from portal to approve the leave it gives IE cannot open the webpage.

The leave application is a webdynpro Java LeaveRequestApprover application.

I have checked the SO connection is fine and the system alias too.
