Enhancing results of search employee processes in Employee related services

Hi Gurus,

Our requirement is to enhance the result of Search Employee Processes in Employee related services with the organizational unit. We created an implementation for POBJ_BROWSER but it didnt work out. Are we approaching in the right direction?
