Migrate from PP-PI to PP

We are in the process of merging two SAPs into one. The Parent Company does not us PP-PI and wants us to migrate our data from PP-PI into PP. We do not use PI Sheets. Does anyone know of any issues that would arise by reverting from PP-PI to PP? I know the biggest change for the end users will be different transaction codes.
