Benefits

Hi SAP Guru's

I am very much new to SAP HR, i am just learning everything module by module.

so far got knowledge in PA, OM and TM,

Now i have to learn BENEFITS for project purpose.

Could anyone explain me the Benefits module clearly.any documentation which explains clearly

And also please help me to understand how this report HRBEN0001 works and what is this?

i am unable to run since i completely dont know what are the inputs should i give.

But i understand that we should not use pa30
