ECC6 Ehp5 - data element UNFAL no edit possible of field labels

Hi,

one of our developers is trying to modify the UNFAL data element in transaction SE11 but when in change mode there is no edit possible for the Filed Label settings - they are greyed out.

Does anyone know how this edit can be made to the Field Labels of this data element ?.
