I unable to move solman_setup to next nearly

This issue solved form my friend. Thank you for giving suggestions I am able to solman_setup but it not going any farther step. when solman_setup is going to browser hyperlinks are not working. It is showing continuously processing. Is there any specific reason for that. and steps Image not displaying at the top. below screen shot is error
