Unable to View Technical RFx Response in Cfolders

Hi Experts,

We have configured the cfolders in SAP SRM system. We have created an RFx with Technical RFx and published it.Invited Suppliers has responded to the RFx (Including Technical RFx). But when Owner (also technical Evaluator) of the RFx is trying to view Supplier Response. it is displaying Authorization issues.Although all the authorization is provided to the owner. I am attaching the screenshot of the Error for your

Reference.

Please help me out in Solving this Issues.

Hi  sushant.

If you are trying to logon as bidder and purchaser logon immeditaely some times it takes the earlier user credentianls to logon to c-folder hence the error. I advise to delete any cookies before you logon with new user and check the scenario again.

Hi,

Are you logging in as different user (vendor contact person and purchaser) in the same system (computer)

This issue won't happen if you use different systems.

I have faced the issue. Browser log in to the vendor user's C-folder sustenance again when purchaser log in to evaluate.

The system tries to open the purchaser's folder in C-folder with vendor' log in. That is why the error occurs.

To avoid the occurrence of the problem, do not just close the C-folder pop up window, log out and then close the window.
