Copy Prices

We have a requirement to copy Service Provider Quotation data to customer Quotation.

To briefly describe once an inquiry is created say for 2 materials(VA11) , then for those two materials (2 PRs are created) .Later on RFQs(me41) will be made from the PRS for different vendors.

I need to copy this RFQ data while making a quotation (VA21) from inquiry using Copy reference.

I have found exit SAPMV45A but I dont know how I use the same for copying prices.CAn anybody help me.
