Dear Experts,
We are on blueprint stage of PMS implementation on EHP5.
Client's requirement is quite simple, like normal phases:
GOAL SETTLING, GOAL APPROVAL, SELF APPRAISAL, MANAGER’S COMMENTS/RATINGS & NORMALIZATION BY REVIEWER
However they want to go by SAP's standard functionality with their own flexibility during goals and objectives setting process. Now since SAP is recommending more for predefined performance management (PMP) with goal cascading,calibrating facilities on latest platform like EHP4/5, i am little apprehensive about it, that how much it would meet our simple requirements.
Now if i go for flexible process, what are the disadvantages i may face in the long run.
Kindly provide me some fruitful insights, so that we can decide the suitable one.
