Facebook integration URL generation error

Hello Experts, we just started our facebook integration and tried to follow the information as per the SAP note 1832481 and the reference notes from there. I have this basic question, which version of the API is being hit when the standard report is run CRM_SOC_SMC_HARVEST_DU

we are facing an issue in creating the URL to call the page. Just wanted to confirm this is due to the API version and let me know if we have to come up with our own code to build the URL, if you have implemented , please let us know your approach and mandatory changes expected just to retrieve the posts.
