RPSCO table not updated

Hi friends,

The RPSCO table is not updated for a couple of WBS elements for Actual Revenue.

But the same WBS elements are showing Actual Revenue in COEP table.

As a result all the S_ALR... reports are giving wrong value for Actual Revenue.

What is the procedure to update the values in RPSCO table?

I have used CJen but that doesn't help.

Hi friends,

Thanks all of you for your views.

The issue is resolved. In RPSCO table the primary fields are same for both Revenue & Cost. As a result if expense is getting booked for a particular WBS element before revenue booking, the revenue is not getting updated. Same for other case.

I created two value categories, one for Rev & the other for Exp.

Now both the values are getting updated.

Check your value category customization. Seems to be an issue with the same.

Hi,

I have used CJen.  But there is no update. We have not used any value categories.

A couple of WBS is getting updated but most of the WBS has not been updated.

How to update RPSCO table. The values are coming in COEP table.

Refer the note 676123 to understand the importance of value category customizing. This might help you understand the cause of your issue.

Else, it would be a helpful information that you can use in the future.
