vendor master codes report those doen't have entries

Hi,

How can we get vendor report which vendor master are there in system and entry are not posted yet.

Ex :- total 2,00,000 vendor master are there in system and for 1,50,000 vendor masters,  entries were posted, how remaining 50,000 vendor master code’s can be get into the report as a no data masters. 

I tried in excel but it is not working due to large data. and also tried in sap query reporting, it is bringing vendor master code’s which were already posted entries. I want empty vendor master code’s

Hi Nagarjuna,

SAP Query Viewer will easily solve your issue if you want this in a report or simple dump from table through SE16N and just to run VLOOKUP in excel will also help.

But the question is Vendor entry are not posted yet....Means what posting you are talking about.

Let say 10 Vendor codes are there out of which 5 vendor is used to make PO.

If this is a postinf as per you then you can Join LFA1 and EKKO with Primary & Foreign key LIFNR in SQVI and select some report field like PO no & all & run it you can Vendor with PO column with data and without data(PO not created for those Vendor)
