Plug-in X CUA

Hi experts,

Im trying to customize my workflows for user provisioning, but I use CUA on Solution Manager and I've configured everything in 'Maintain CUA Settings', but It is not working.

Do I need to install de GRC Plug-In in Solution Manager (CUA)?
