How to handle Delta in PIR

Hello Experts,

I am working on one of Purchasing Info Records(PIR) related BI project. Currently I am using EINE, EINA, A017, A018, KONH, KONP, KONM tables. I am planning to join all the tables to get all my required fields from it. However I am not sure how to get Delta records out of it because I am able to see only Created on Data (EINA/ERDAT) fileld only which captures PIR created date but I wont be getting PIR change Date as it is not available in the above set of tables.

So could you please let me know how can I acheive Delta for this combination of tables?

Also We are planning to create a Function Module based datasource to join all these tables...My question here is can we create a custom Function Module using 7 tables so that BI can pull the data using Infopackage? (Just thinking of the Memory..). Will there be any memory issue with this?
