Advanced Claims in workflow

Hi Friends,

i have using Advanced Claims approval workflow. am using the standard workflow template(ws18900023). this template there is no Standard Event.

1) what is the Standard Event in this template.

2) what is that Reports and Tables in standard Advanced Claims.
