Advanced Claims in workflow

Hi Friends,

i have using Advanced Claims approval workflow. am using the standard workflow template(ws18900023). this template there is no Standard Event.

1) what is the Standard Event in this template.

2) what is that Reports and Tables in standard Advanced Claims.

             In SPRO transaction, configurations are maintained for the workflow to trigger.

             In the view, V_T77WWW_GADEF, settings are maintained for whether workflow is active.

In the view, V_T77WWW_gadef is workflowflow is active in my system.

But In SPRO trasaction, how to maintain for the Workflow Trigger and  please send me the EVENT name.

Hello Srinivas !

         Configurations for claims has to be maintained in the SPRO transaction in the path :

                       Payroll -> Payroll : India  -> ESS -> Advanced Claims

          You can take the functional consultant help to maintain the configurations in SPRO transaction.

         After maintaining configurations in SPRO transaction, set the workflow to general task and all the tasks in that workflow as general task.

      i am working for same Workflow and i want to display in workflow title bar peronal number and claim type discription but thing is personal number is comminng but clame type discription is not comming

Hi Pankaj,

U can goto standard tasks..u can check which standard task dispalying that workflow title bar of personal number..then that task got description 'TAB' u can write description and added type of fields.

Hi Pankaj

I think what Srinivas means is the "redefine" option that is available when you enter a standard task in Display mode.  Very important to use Display mode - e.g. use transaction PFTC_DIS -  as you only see these options (i.e. the redefine buttons near the work item text and the change text button on the Description tab)in Display mode, and if you use Change mode it will be considered as a modification rather than an enhancement.
