Talent Monitor - EHP6

Hi,

The Talent Monitor is showing incorrect nominations in the Talent Review meeting. For example, In the below snapshot the employee with no assessment document is also nominated.

I am using the standard configuration for Talent Monitor with search depth as 1. The settings are same for both S_PERFORMANCE as well as S_POTENTIAL fields.

How does Talent monitor fetch the values? I am bit confused in understanding the above selection criteria as well.

Additionally, am NOT using SUPPORT_UNAPPRAISED_TALENTS parameter in the Talent review meeting.

Hi Sachin,

The Talent Monitor displays all employees that are assigned to the managers/OrgUnits assigned in the Planning tab and also match the filter applied to the Talent Monitor. What filter do you have on the Talent Monitor?

Hi Luke,

I have applied the filter "Performance and Potential (All Values)" to the Talent Monitor. The search configuration is as mentioned above. Can you pelase explain how does the selection criteria work in the search configuration? The help document is bit confusing.

Hi Sachin,

To me it looks like a possible bug. The filter should only return individuals that have both performance and potential values. Those without it can be added to a TRM, but not from the Talent Monitor. I suggest you raise an OSS because there are lots of bugs with TRM in EhP6. This might also be a TREX search issue, related to using more than one search criteria.
