Tape not changed after backup

Hi All,

Earlier before upgrade to ehp5 after completion of backup a new tape is initialized in library. But after upgrade even backup is sucess tape in the slot remains same. Actually after completion of backup a new tape has to come in that place.

Any suggestions....!!!

Hi All,

I scheduled whole database online+redolog backup.My backup is success but BRARCHIVE its says 0003 Error during initialization. When i click show action / detailed log  error came "Could not read detail log aejovivy.cds"

Can some one help me to solve this
