Workflow Builder/System creates Activity on ND object

Hi,

When I create ‘Offer Accepted(To Be Hired)’ status change activity, i see two activities in overview. One is created by me/Recruiter on NE object and other is

Created, Changed and First Completed by ‘Workflow Builder’ on ND Object.

I think, it is standard settings/behaviors delivered by SAP because we did not do any Customizing or workflow settings for this. May i know why the system creating this?  How can I get rid of this redundant activity? Any consequences because this activity is on ND object?

Hello Naddy,

Yes, this is because both objects are changed (ND and NE).

Hi Nicole,

The Recruiters are confused with this additional ND activity created by Workflow/System. I think we can filter this activity in Activity Overview PopUp Window from the Requisition Assignment page/application. I will find the class and write enhancment to filter the activities created by Workflow/System.

Filtered in CL_HRRCF_M_ACTIVITY_MGMT_UI->GET_PROC_AND_ACT.
