MaxDB upgrade from 7.6 to 7.8

Hi,

We are in process to upgrade our ECC 6.0 to EHp5.Currently our database is MaxDB 7.6 and OS is Linux(redhat 5) 64 bit. But According to the PAM.

EHp5 supports MaxDB 7.7 and 7.8. It means our OS requirement is OK but our Database requirement is not fulfilling.

We need help on how to Upgrade MaxDB 7.6 to 7.8.Please Mention The steps overs here Or any Central note if SAP release for this..
