How to get history of transactions per user

Is there any way to get a history of transactions that a particular user has executed over time? It seems that ST03 has a recent history (last 15 minutes?), but I'm looking for a longer history, say the past week or two.

Hi Gary,

I agree with Venkat, STAT transaction should give you the information you are looking for.

We need the same thing for some audit checking on a particular user. I wonder if the user exit that is listed in 143550 will get to that data.

Hi Gary

1. Go to ST03N

2. Switch to "Expert mode" in the upper left corner

3. Expand the node "Total" and select the time period (day, week, month)

4. Expand the node "User and Settlement Statistics" and select "User Profile"

5. Doubleclick the user you want and you get a list with transaction and reports

Is it this what you are looking for?

Hi all

Another option would be...Go to SU01, Type tha user name for whom you wanna get all the Transcation used...Then click on Information at the menu bar. Then Change documents for the user. Then select the dates/ weeks and proceed!! And also...dont forget to give points!!

Thanks

Hi Subu,

The option from SU01 is giving only the changes to a particular user id's user master records changes ie for authorization changes and header data changes.

Its not giving any details thats asked like the history of all the transactions used.

Anyway, thanks for the good info. Using this , we can keep track of changes to a user id.

Gary,

My Basis Administrator skills are bit rustic. Try using transaction STAT and select the user and time period to diplay all the activities for the selected user on that instance.

Hope this helps.
