Printing Contract Delay

User is attempting to print the outline agreement in SAP using tcode ME32K. User confirmed that the dispatch time was set to Send Immediately, and the logical destination was LOCL with Print Immediately and Release after output checked.Then user hits save, and nothing happens. If User tries to go back into the contract he gets:

It can take up to ten minutes before this finally processes and prints the contract. These used to go through almost instantly.
