In Workflow :How to fetch text entered in the user decision step in the attachment object

Hi Experts,

Could you please help me in this.

I have to fetch the text entered in the attachment object while taking a user decision in workflow.

I have found two FMs for it.

1. SWW_WI_OBJECTHANDLES_READ : here I am entering workitem id.

then

2. SO_SOFM_FOR_ARC_READ here I am enterring object id got from above FM.

then in Export parameters content I am getting text which I entered as

" Rejected in the technical check

Net value limit exceeded "

in this format

" <p>Rejected&#x20;in&#x20;the&#x20;technical&#x20;check</p><p>Net&#x20;value&#x20;limit&#x20;exceeded</p>"

Is there any other easier way, in which i can get text in correct format.
