APO SNP not planning forecast when run through process chain

Hi Gurus,

We see a strange scenario where Heuristics is planning only for Distribution demand and not for forecast when we run this through proces chain. If we run the same heuristic inercatively or through background job in SM37, it does plan for Forecasts too. Is this a bug or we missing something. We are running Location Heuristics for a selection ID that has around 500 Loc-Prods. This is one of the steps in a proceess chain.
