Can any one tell me where can we download CRM Business packages for EP?

Hi Venu,

You can get it right here on SDN. From the home page, in the right hand navigation, choose the Portal Content Portfolio link. Then choose the Search Content Portfolio Link. Type in CRM in the search and you will get a list of the packages. Choose the one you want and download it.

Hi Prakash,

Is installation of the SP required? If so can you please tell me the where I could find the support pack installation procedure. I am currently getting many class not found exceptions in standard IViews of CRM BP BPCRM40602_3-10002661 installation can this be attributed to non-application of the Support Package?

Support package installation is the same as main CRM business package. Just import the business package into your portal.
