No http content available

Hi everyone

I got a question of a customer. The customer Logs on the SAP Solution Manager via SAP Log On. Now in transaction STWB_2 he presses the "sequence"button and the Solution Manager jumps into a webpage (web ui workcenter)

Now the webpage is not available.

Can you tell me if this is an authorization problem or a technical adjustment? I know that when I log on remote I have to call an http connection. But the customer logs on via SAP Log on.
