Implementing a business scenario using Campaign Automation

Hi All,

I want to use campaign automation to implement a business scenario as follows:

Campaign Element 'Step 1' : Creates an activity, for instance schedules a visit for a Sales Rep with a Customer. When the visit is complete, Sales Rep marks the status of the visit as 'completed' in the system.

Decision Node'Decision 1' : The Decision node should track this status and when set to 'completed', it should trigger the follow up campaign element: Email/TeleBusiness call to the customer.

Campaign Element 'Step2': This is the follow up campaign element which is either an email or a TeleBusiness call to the customer for which the visit has been completed.

The issue I am facing is, I am not able to trigger the Decision node after marking the status of the first activity (Visit) as complete.

Kindly suggest how to resolve this.
